Tradition Ale Method is a dry, hybridsation of both grain and grape. With the aroma and flavour characteristics from both the light coloured pilsner base as well as the chardonnay grape base. Hop bitterness and aroma is low and has only been used a balance tool. No exogenous CO2 has been used in the production so the bubbles should be finer than force-carbonated beers. Expect flavours of tropical stone fruit and grassy notes.
