Golden Quince Cider

Golden Quince has a clear golden color with high carbonation. The scent is very aromatic, lightly perfumed cider with several layers. The taste is a nice mix of overripe apples, orange blossom, a little fresh honey and flower field. From the wild yeast come fine pear aromas and a scent that gives associations to an older hayloft. The taste is finely balanced. The fresh taste of apple together with high acidity and strong tannins gives a very intense taste impression. Lovely complex cider that can really be enjoyed over a summer evening. Enjoy it alone and let it develop in the glass and there is aroma for hours. Put it together with a cheese board or a grilled pork chop with fresh salad.
