We boiled up an imperial stout and conditioned it on banana, caramel, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of lactose. Pitch black with a rich and creamy light brown head, aromas of chocolate-covered bananas hit the senses first, followed by spoons of fudge brownie mixed with banana custard, dulce de leche ice cream with a complimentary touch of sweet cinnamon spice. The mouthfeel is luxurious and creamy, with a perfect interplay of all the adjuncts to bring you Bananas Foster in liquid form.
