With more road cones than people in NZ, we thought - why not throw some in a brew? Not the whole orange plastic ones, but the whole cone Nelson Sauvin variety, to release their hop oils. Big-hitting Sauvignon notes are layered in a background of guava and soft bitterness produced by Kohatu. This juicy ale sits on a bread cookie-like base with B oily, candied hop decadence.
