Père-version 2021

Sinterklaas is an annual feast for children, simular to Father Christmas. On the 6th of december, Sinterklaas brings toys, tangerines or clemantines and speculaas (a spiced Belgian bisquit) to the children. I made this blend with Clemantines, bloodoranges, Cédrat Zeste and the spices that are used in Speculaas cookies. Named it Père-version, the father version, when read aloud sounds: perversion. As Sinterklaas is a perverse version of the father. Bottled 24/04/2021
