Calimax, is the watchword of our friend Lencho who lives in Guatemala. What does Calimax mean? Life is Calimax and should be lived Calimax.Lencho has a coffee plantation in Guatemala, in Acatenanango, and for the first time we were able to import it and roast it together with Michele in his roasting company, Caffettin (Treviso), which may be micro but manages to transform the best green coffee beans into incredible speciality coffees. We could use a thousand words to describe and describe this project, but we would never be able to express the positivity of those who live the Calimax life as Lencho does, with a smile always at hand.
