Fools On Fire

Two of our bunch of Simons once played in a band called this glorious name. And now it's also this: a fantastic juicy showcase of one our favorite hops: Simcoe! We backed up this lovely hop with the new Yakima Chief Hops Cryo Pop Blend, known for maximizing most impactful hop compounds and amplify other existing hops. And to this great blend as a base, we've added a hefty dose of fresh Simcoe Cryo and Simcoe T-90 in a multi-stage dry-hopping. Boom! Get ready for a pillowy tropical New England Style IPA.
