For our entry into this years Hop Quest event we wanted to do something a little bit fun and of course it had to be hoppy!So... we threw a seriously stupid amount of Kensington’s finest Mango (Total of 150kg working out at 110g of mango per litre of beer!!!) in to a delightful Hazy IPA. Hopped heavily with Sabro, Motueka and Citra hops at 15g per litre.Kensington’s finest juice in with Braeside’s finest haze.
