Microcosms: DUNE DIPA

DUNE is a rich fruity DIPA from our Microcosms range. The art in this series is inspired by Nature and pays homage to the beautiful fractals and patterns Nature provides. DUNE is brewed with a new yeast strain cultivated from the house yeast at Verdant. It's an iteration of our Sofa Surfer Brewdog collab, which was our first brew with this yeast. We immediately found it to be a heavy hitter among New England yeasts. It imparts some nice fruity notes to complement and lift the heavy hop bill. For sure we'll see this yeast popping up in more brews going forward. And, as always, rather than leading you on aromas and tastes, we'll leave that up to you to discover, since everyone is unique.
