Elliot is our flagship blueberry mead made with orange blossom honey and rested on American oak. For this Founder’s Club exclusive variant, we rested Elliot on ample amounts of Madagascar vanilla beans and Criollo cacao nibs, resulting in a decadent, rich dark chocolate covered blueberry treat.
