The Tortoise And the Birds

Описание

Collab with Hidden River Brewery. Brewed with honey and hopped like a IIPA, heavily with Cashmere, Vic Secret, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Simcoe. Fermented like a saison with our foraged saison yeast strain.
