River Cliff

River Cliff storms through our brewery with bravado and tenacity rarely seen in Pale Ales. A slew of different British base malts blend to create a small firestorm of grainy and malty characters, no one malt used more than the other, resulting in what we can only call "subtle complexity." To celebrate how happy we were with the malt profile on this beer, we dumped a ridiculous amount of hops into the fermenter as if they were confetti at a surprise party. Simcoe, Amarillo, and our Fieldwork Dank Blend all meld together, producing a very bright and exhilarating grapefruit nose.
