‘Tis the Saison, the Saison that is actually partly a Hazy Double IPA; part Saison, part Fruit Beer. Yes,Churly’s workshop in the North Pole(AKA Mt Eden, Auckland) has been busy assembling the components of this crazy creation. Using NZ and UShops, loads of blackberries and Lalbrew Farmhouse yeast. Big juiciness from the hops, blackberries flavours and aromas and some tartnessfrom the blackberry and a bit of fruity esters from the yeast mean this beer isa big flavour sensation.Maybe share one with the fam on Christmas Day or maybe just drink it when you feel like something fun andinteresting. It’s big enough! So it is sure to get you feeling festive!
