Space Goat - Brett IPA

Описание

Old classic, India Pale Ale, heavily hopped beer with higher alcohol to survive the long shipment from England to the colonies.Space Goat takes us a bit further, exploring the cosmos with fruit-forward Brettanomyces yeast combined with Amarillo and Hallertau Blanc hops, discovering lovely nebulas of tropical fruit, white grapes, and underlying menacing funk. Like a dying star, hop aroma will fade away, left behind, stellar dust of funk will remain.
