Our first time dosing a beer with steam-distilled hop oils. Azacca in this case into Cheaper Hops. These oils are extracted from wet hops, so they contain the bright-citrusy-green notes of the varietal. The Azacca has melon and orange notes especially.Glacier Ranch describes the aroma as "Mango, Papaya, Intense Tangerine"
