This three headed Hades hound is back after three long years.Cerberus was the sixth hazy we ever brewed at Celestial, it was our first ever collab -with Turning Point Beer and Oak Cliff Brewing- and it was our first zero IBU beer.It’s the second(?!) can label we ever designed and we decided to keep it the same vintage design… even though the faces might look a little different these days.This Zero IBU, triple dry hopped double IPA is super peachy and has tons of overripe pineapple juice flavor and aroma. It’s juicy and tropical with no perceived bitterness. It tastes like the juice from a fruit cup. We dry-hopped it days earlier than usual to give the hops more contact time and it shows. It’s so bright, so citrusy, smooth and so delicious.
