Solera Blend #2

The second pull from our mixed culture wild ale conditioning in a red wine barrel we are treating as a solera. In other words, everytime we pull a keg from the barrel, we add new (and different) beer to the barrel to replace what we took. Each blend will get more complex and layered. Enjoy!
