Brux Sour is brewed with the versitale bruxellenis trois yeast. This yeast, originally from legendary Belgian brewery 3 Fonteinen, lends a strong fruit flavor. Expect delicate mango and pineapple impressions along with a clean tartness from our home-grown lactobacillus culture. This is a light and slightly funky sour that is both complex and easy to drink.
