This is a lambic-inspired beer made using traditional lambic brewing techniques.As I move around the barrel room tasting aging beer I hang a tag on the "Vinnie nail" (used for taking samples) of the best barrel. The tag says "Alice". Alice is the magic. Most often Alice resides in Barrel 15 or 1101, but she moves about.CheersDaryl
