Imperial Chilli Con Collab

We brewed this beer in 2019 for our first birthday as a collaboration with Matt from Hawkshead Brewery. Since then we have created a stronger version, 8%. Similar malt bill with 9 different malts. We used 2 distinct chillis, Habanero for their heat and the Mexican Ancho chilli to add some depth, smokiness and sweet flavours. Milk sugar(lactose) give the beer some added body and sweetness
