Cashmere - Single Hop Pale Ale

This is the second in our series of single hop pale ales.Developed by Washington State University and released in 2013, Cashmere is the result of a marriage between Cascade and Northern Brewer hop varieties.Cashmere showcases flavours of lemon, lime, melon, coconut, tangerine, and other tropical and spicy notes, alongside smooth bitterness.A simple grain bill has been used, with a touch of crystal to add colour and sweetness.
