This pilsner has been crafted to be light and refreshing, yet compelling. Setesdal valley in Southern Norway is well known for keeping its traditions alive. One of them is juniper infused brewing water. This ancient method adds both some bitterness and a hint of forest to the taste. Carefully selected hops with a mild flowery aroma compliment the juniper. The beer is unfiltered for greater roundness and mouthfeel.
