Our 2025 Fresh Hop Local Nectar Pale Ale is proudly 100% Canterbury grown and brewed, with a light golden colour reminiscent of the Canterbury Plains from which it hails. The star of this brew is the Canterbury grown Nectaron® hops which were freshly picked from bine to brew in 3 hours, providing distinct tropical fruit aromas which land on thepalate with a charmingly subtle bitterness. Canterbury grown ale malt lends the perfectbalance, with good body and sweetness that allows the fresh hop characteristics to shine. A pleasant and approachable showcase for fresh hop lovers!
