Gentle Zephyr is our gentle approach to a New world West coast ipa.A simple light dry malt base of Aus Voyager organic malts, gently layered with notes of citrus and pine from Citra, Mosaic, simcoe and oldskool Centennial hops with a touch of Cryopop! A firm but balanced bitterness compliments the lighter malts used. 6.5%
