For our first edition of our 2025 StoutSeries we just couldn’t help ourselves.If you’re reading this then it would appearthat you couldn’t either.We’ve taken the flavour of the month andinfused it into our signature imperial stoutbase by adding a literal trolley load ofBelgian speculoos cookies, crushing theminto crumbles, and letting our imperial stoutbase sit on them until they completelydissolved and fermented.Each luxurious sip is filled with rich darkchocolate and those sweet, spicedspeculoos cookies, whose name we haven’tpaid the registered trademark for so we’lljust say they rhyme with Miss Scoff…
