Belgian Golden Ale

A Belgian ale with a twist - this interpretation of one of the more historic styles in the beer world was actually fermented with a strain of wine yeast. Despite the unique fermentation choice, the phenolic aromas of pepper and clove are right in line with what you'd expect from a traditional Belgian beer. The elevated ABV is present, as are wine-like characteristics, including a bone-dry finish.
