Brewed in collaboration with The Common in Edmonton, Nik Kozub pens a delicious saison recipe based around the infamous French Saison yeast. Wheat, Oats and Barley come together to build a beer with body and haze while Rakau and Citra hops round out the well balance brew. Citrus, spice and tropical fruit create an amazing harmony throughout a pint of this brew.
