Blackcurrant Akvavit

We’ve co-fermented locally grown currants and organic apples and combined them with Akvavit from our neighbours at Sheringham Distillery. The result is a tart, botanical fiesta with earthy currant undertones, and hints of caraway, anise, dill and other flavourful botanicals from land and sea.
