Brewed exclusively for the Beer Cartel's XMAS in July Beer Advent Calendar, this is a traditional West Coast style DIPA with a new world influence. A clean, lean malt base, with a combination of NZ and USA hops in the boil and a huge dry hop of USA Idaho 7 Cryo hops. The resulting beer fills the mouth with sweet nectar and citrusy hops, then finishes with a clean dry bitterness, in classic WC style.
