We fermented this golden aison using two strains of yeast and dry-hopped it with atouch of Hallertau Blanc, which adds notes of sauvignon blanc. Expect a subtle character ofwhite wine and a clean, peppery aroma. Its flavour is soft and delicate, yet layered withcomplexity. The result is a dry and modern take on this classic beer style.
