Fork n' Zeffer - Saison Citrus cider, is made using Braeburn apples and Saison yeast. Once fermented it is infused with Horopito herb giving it a peppery spice. It is then wonderfully balanced by a further infusion of limes, oranges and grapefruit creating a very unique, lively and fresh cider.
