After independence, John Chapman left a legacy across the Northeast United States and out into the wilds of the frontier. Better known as Johnny Appleseed, Chapman was a barefooted pioneer nurseryman who planted apple trees while traveling. In honor of his gifts, we bring you Chapman's Offering, our house cider made with a beautiful blend of apples grown by our friends at Weaver's Orchard. This small batch was aged and conditioned on Satsuma Plums also grown by Weaver's, resulting in a dry, sour, plummy cider. Drink your Apples (and Plums)!
