Hoppy Belgian-Style Pale AleCan Release 5/18 - $18/4-packThe idea for this beer has changed a few times, but we got there eventually! It's a hoppier take on a Belgian beer, but it isn't a Belgian IPA. It has a little extra body to support the hops from wheat and oats. Then we added a base of citrusy-herbal Saphir hops in the whirlpool. Followed by some wonderfully fruity-spicy notes from a Belgian strain. Finally a light dry hopping with American Amarillo for stone-fruit notes.
