Beauty In the Vibrant Form

Описание

Mixed culture sour beer aged in oak barrels with nectarines.Fundamental force has prevailed in the form of this vibrant beauty! Its rhythm is loose and pumped full of juice thanks to 350kgs of organic nectarines. We hand-pitted the whole lot of these stone fruits and refermented them on a blend of golden barrels to achieve firm funk and tender fruitiness as this beer took its final form.
