Hop Ryot

This is a favorite among the brewers at Jackie O’s. Hop Ryot has a unique character thanks to the use of Rye malt and exclusively Simcoe hops. The rye malt adds some soft spicy notes to the beer, and a generous amount of Simcoe hops adds that big sticky-citrus aroma and flavor. It finishes very dry and pleasant, beckoning another sip.
