This past fall we had the great pleasure of being able to travel to Yakima and select hops. This process is essential to our hoppy beer program, as it allows us to choose unique and delectable lots of hops you won't get to taste anywhere else.This year we selected for the varietal Mosaic. Our selection for Mosaic didn’t go particularly well at first. In fact, we were universally underwhelmed by the lots presented to us… Then we realized there wasn’t a lot from Van Horn farms. Our sales reps being the awesome people they are, quickly went off and grabbed us a lot of Mosaic from Van Horn, and wouldn’t you know it, a couple sniffs later and we were elated with what we were rubbing. So for the 2nd year in a row, Van Horn Farms hooked us up with lovely Mosaic dripping in blueberry and dank tropical fruit!We’re thrilled to be able to share our selection of Mosaic with you.
