Brutus

We brewed this one for the Great Australasian Beer SpecTAPular. It is a super dry big hoppy brute of a beer with a lot going on under the surface. We used light lager, and malted maize to make it as see through as possible. Then we added New Zealand grown Savingon Blanc grape juice and some Champagne yeast. Once maximum dryness was achieved we dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc, and Nelson Sauvin hops to accentuate the vinious white wine aromas, and flavor.
