Petite verdot skins co-fermented with apple juice, then aged on Oregon oak. It looks and tastes like a rose wine, with pretty apple notes on the nose. It's refreshingly dry and tart, beautiful bright pink, with a subtle oak note, that could lead one to believe it was aged in oak, rather than on oak.
