A 100% Brettanomyces fermented farmhouse ale/cider hybrid (Graff). 50% farmhouse ale plus 50% Harry Master's Jersey cider apple juice. The fruity character of a 100% Brett fermentation dominates the flavour profile. Expect notes of ripe tropical fruit, a touch of funk and a dry and refreshing finish. It's a collaboration with our friends at Peckham's Cider and created for the 2020 Wellington Winter Ales Festival.
