Our collaboration with Collective Arts, located in Toronto! Accept Crime is a Saison with a hint of ginger fermented on a blend of French & Belgian saison yeast. This yeast profile produces a highly aromatic beer with notes of citrus, is peppery and spicy with limited earthiness, has low phenols, and finishes dry with a slight tartness. Adding to the complexity is a hint of fresh ginger added in the secondary.
