Brett Fermented Hazy IPA.t starts out innocently enough. Just another delicious hazy IPA, brewed with plump freshly malted barley and wheat and loaded up with Strata, Galaxy, Vic Secret and Simcoe. But that’s when things take a weirder turn. Spiked and fermented with two special strains of Brettanomyces, Louche Unit has got all the resinous hop character you’ve come to expect, but with Brett boosted pineapple notes and a distinctly rakish tart fruit twist. Let’s get louche.
