Oak Aged Sour with Cranberries and Pinot Noir Juice // 7.5% // The second version of this hybrid style- originally released over the Thanksgiving holiday as "Implements of Destruction", V2 sees slightly less oak, more Pinot Noir, and a bright balancing cranberry addition. Round and smooth, bright acidity is rounded out by creamy french oak, notes of dried cranberry, cranberry jelly, fresh plum, caramel, coconut and dill, lemon zest, vanilla, and a long linger of cranberry tannin. One way or another, you're going to want another bottle.
