Grapefruit IPA

Описание

It was brewed with a simple base recipe of pale malt, flaked oats and light crystal malt. We used American's Ekuanot and Citra hops in the whirlpool and dry-hopping.It presents a vibrant golden color with a punchy bittersweet flavor due to the use of the hand-squeezed grapefruit juice. Beyond the grapefruit itself, the hops complement the citric aspect with papaya, mango and pineapple flavors.
