Bubbles

A Kolsch designed like a sparkling wine. Head Brewer Michal Frankowicz named this beer after his daughter Noa’s favorite word: Bubbles! 30 lbs of Muscat Grapes from Chateau Bianca Vineyards were crushed by Michal & Noa before being added to the secondary fermentation. The beer was then carbonated a little higher to help accentuate those grape notes.
