Fresh from the Super Mega Funk Department, Billy Him, or Billy Me? was brewed with a light saison malt bill and then fermented & aged for seven months in our oak foeders with our house blend of Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. It’s super effervescent and fruity with notes of white grape, peach, and lemongrass with a perfectly funky, tart finish and we can’t wait for y’all to try this!
