Farmhouse saison brewed with imported pilsner malt, flaked rye, and Munich malt and fermented with our locally sourced custom blend of 4 different yeast strains which drives the fruity, subtly spicy flavor. It was mashed low for a dry, crisp finish while maintaining flavor and complexity.
