There was a time that beverages with grapes and barley together were common. This blend of barrel-aged pale sours refermented on sémillon grape juice from Walla Walla Washington. We used more than 3.5 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer, displaying the grapes' orchard fruit and honey notes.
