Brewed with Local Carolina Pale Malt, Crystal 120L, and German Wheat Malt. Hopped with a heavy bittering addition of EKG and a late addition of Fuggles for aromatics.“What’s your EPA?” has intentional balance and a special interplay between malt and hop bitterness. This English Pale Ale displays an earthy, herbal hop character. The yeast strain lends a modest fruit distinction to the aromatics, while the malt adds a satisfying sweetness and caramel notes, still holding true to the complexity and the tradition of an English Pale Ale.
