3.4% Table BeerDry hopped with Mosaic spectrum, Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc. Really happy with this batch. The blanc only works to accentuate Nelson's gooseberry/wine-like characteristics with a touch of grassiness.Allergens: Malted barley, wheat, oats (gluten)Tasting Notes: Gooseberry, freshly cut grass, white wineBrewed by Mikkeller Brewpub London, Exmouth Market.
