Raspberry Stout

We've always thought of "Stout Season" as lasting the entire calendar. When you brew your stouts with things like fresh raspberry puree, it certainly rings true even more. This classic American Stout is sweetened up just a touch with the raspberries, but not enough to hide the chocolate- and coffee-forward elements of the base beer. Look hard enough and you might even pick up a bit of tartness - the perfect complement to the roastiness of the stout.
